Meet Adrian

Founder, Education Czar

Adrian Monte is a professional actor, educator and founder of DareDevil Improv. After earning a BS in Marine Biology at UNCW, he relocated to Chicago to train at The Second City and iO Chicago. His time in Chicago was spent living a good life; writing, and performing in numerous original comedy revues at the Second City Skybox Theater and the original Improv Olympic. He has performed Toy Theater at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA, and at the International Puppetry Festival in Charleville-Meziere, France. After a short stint in Atlanta, where he created the Salon du Shoguns and performed at the (now defunct) Relapse and Village theaters, he returned to Wilmington to create DareDevil Improv and the DareDevil at Work team development program to promote success and successful living through the art of improvisation.

Meet Daisy

Chief Communications Officer, Assoc. Producer

Daisy Faith is a professional artist and improviser. She was born in England and raised in Raleigh where she graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Interior Design & Art. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue comedy and spent years studying and performing there. She gathered knowledge from The Groundlings, The Upright Citizens Brigade, The Second City and various other workshops with notable teachers such as Rebecca Drysdale and Miles Stroth. Her TV credits include: How I Met Your Mother, Nashville, Days of Our Lives, Pretty Little Liars and Conan. Since moving back to NC she has focused on her painting which also focuses on a sense of improv and spontaneity creating colorful abstracts. She joined DD in 2019 with the goal of bringing what she learned from LA to the market here. She performs with Knievel on rotating Wednesday DCIS shows and in the Comedy Powder Keg shows. She also helps produce these shows and is proud to be elevating the comedy scene in Wilmington.

Meet Chad

Executive Producer, Social Media Manager, Viceroy

Chad Fogland is comedian, writer & graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design. Born in Nebraska, he spent two decades in the underground Los Angeles comedy scene before relocating to the East Coast. He has extensive training & performing experience with some of the most prominent improvisational & sketch comedy institutions in the United States. He is an alumnus of the Groundlings, the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), Second City, Improv Olympic & several others. Fogland has been a part of numerous improv house teams & has produced, written & directed several popular comedy sketch shows. Fogland champions a philosophy of "comedy fearlessness & commitment” with a comedic style rooted heavily in alternative slightly avant-garde humor, hyper-collaborative improv & meticulous game-driven sketch work that embraces the delightfully unpredictable. In 2007, he was named an Andy Kaufman Award Finalist, honoring legacy, creativity & original execution in comedy. Fogland has appeared on Conan, Comedy Central, Funny or Die! As well as shows such as "Happy Endings" & “Angie Tribeca”. He is an instrumental part of DareDevil’s “Dead Crow Improv Show” & the “Comedy Powder Keg”.  Chances are, he will die on stage & then haunt future generations of comedians until the end of time.
